External Renovation
Helensburgh - March 2024
We are pleased to present this high-specification exterior renovation, giving new life to a period property.
Offering our trademark blend of craftsmanship and design expertise, our work has ensured this property will remain comfortable and inviting for years to come.
Our work has included:
- All new anthracite UPVC windows and composite front door;
- Marley Edgemere anthracite tiled roof with anthracite gutters and downpipes;
- Bespoke glass balcony;
- Russwood timber cladding to full top half of building
New Builds
Kilcreggan - May 2023
SKW Joinery has recently built exclusive luxury homes located in Kilcreggan at the head of the Rosneath Peninsula.
These new builds included a mixture of 3 & 4 bedrooms, detached and semi-detached properties, with a stylish open plan layout and designer kitchen & bathroom. The properties are fully insulated with luxury features such as Velux windows and eco air source heating.
From the initial build, to plumbing & plastering, SKW Joinery were contracted on this project from start to finish. SKW Joinery has finished each property to the highest industry standard with stunning finishes.

Kitchen Renovation
Helensburgh - April 2021
SKW Joinery were initially contacted for a kitchen renovation to modernise a tired and dated kitchen. Having had a consultation and discussed what would suit the customer best in terms of functionality and materials, it was decided that a modern, open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar style island would be the best solution. Clean white cupboard fittings were paired with a stylish quartz worktop, along with elegant blue tiles which create a feature wall for the kitchen. Two ovens and an electric hob were installed with a stainless steel extractor, giving the kitchen a contemporary and refined image. The customer also opted to have a built in fridge behind a cupboard door to maintain a sleek and minimal appearance. For that little bit of extra luxury the kitchen was also fitted with a built in wine cooler fridge and underfloor heating. The kitchen also features doors to the back of the property which were also replaced to compliment the newly modernised kitchen installation.
